SEC Announces Men's Basketball Schedule

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Southeastern Conference unveiled the 2015 men's basketball composite league schedule on Friday.

With the launch of the SEC Network, the scheduling of midweek games has been adjusted. In addition to the traditional Tuesday night games on ESPN and ESPNU, there will also be two games on the SEC Network. Wednesdays will feature two contests on the SEC Network while Thursdays will highlight one game on either ESPN or ESPN2.

Each of the 126 games will be available to be seen from anywhere in the nation. ESPN or ESPN2 will televise 31 contests, ESPNU?18 and CBS Sports six. The SEC's games on ESPN platforms are exclusively branded as the “SEC?on ESPN.” Additionally, The SEC?Network will televise 58 intra-conference games while Fox Sports Net will show 13 contests.

All of the games included in the ESPN package (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, SEC Network and Fox Sports Net) will be available through WatchESPN, accessible online at WatchESPN.com, on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app, and streamed on televisions through Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, Xbox 360 or Xbox One to fans who receive their video subscription from an affiliated provider. Each of the CBS Sports games will be streamed on CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports mobile app and mobile website.

The SEC Network will televise the first three days of the SEC Basketball Tournament (March 11-15) from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn. The semifinals and championship game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN.
