Diner chain Denny's is opening it's first New York City location, complete with a big-city "deal".   How does a $300 breakfast sound?    The Denny's is located at the corner of Nassau and Spruce in Lower Manhattan's Financial District.  Along with its normal food you can get at just about any location in the rest of the country, this location will offer a Grand Slam breakfast with a bottle of 2003 Dom Perignon champagne.

FINDLAY, OH -

A waitress' angry rant on social media has left her unemployed.

Kristen Kelly was laid off of her job as a waitress at a Texas Roadhouse restaurant on Monday after posting a rant about how customers should tip on Facebook.

It turns out a former classmate of Kelly's was one of the customers who left a bad tip and that customer happened to be friends withe Kelly on the social media site.

The customer was not happy to see the waitress blasting her online, so she printed out a screen shot and took it to Kelly's managers.

Experts say you can never be too careful when it comes to what you post on social media.

"They told me that I knew what I was doing when I posted that, and they would have to let me go because a customer came in, print off a screen shot of it, and they were really upset," said Kelly. "I just said, if you come into a restaurant and spend $50 or more, you should be able to tip appropriately for that..."I was mad. It was a Friday night, and I made $60, because I had several people that night who weren't tipping appropriately. More than one time, people spent $50 or more and they tipped $5 or $6. That's not okay!"

"It is legal. You just have to realize what friends you're accepting online as well. Obviously, if you only have your privacy setting as 'friends only,' they will only be able to see your profile picture," said Cayla Fortman of Jobsolutions. "So just make sure everything you put on there, just realize everyone can see it online. It's best to just assume that everyone can see it, because nothing can ever really be taken off of the internet."

"I mean, I knew that they could have yelled at me for that, but I didn't think they could fire me for posting that," said Kelly.

Kelly says this has been a hard lesson to learn and that she is worried about how she will support herself and her young son with no income.
