PLYMOUTH TWP., Pa. - The District Attorney and investigators in Montgomery and Susquehanna counties announced on Wednesday the arrest of David St. Onge, Sr. for murder and other related charges in the fatal attack of his father. Authorities also arrested the victim's grandson, David St. Onge, Jr., for conspiring with his father to dispose of the body.

On Friday, June 27th around 10: 30 a.m., Pa. State Police say they responded to a report of a dead body, wrapped in a tarp on State Route 2036, near SR 92 in Susquehanna County.

The Susquehanna County Coroner’s Office performed an autopsy on the victim and identified him as Jack St. Onge,88, of Plymouth Township.

Police determined the residence of Onge was where the homicide occurred.

Investigators say David St. Onge, Sr. admitted to striking a single blow to his father's head and then conspiring with his son to dispose of the body. However, the cause of death is still under investigation.

Authorities say David St. Onge, Sr. is being charged with third degree murder and other related offenses. He is also charged with stealing items from the victim and selling them for profit, according to investigators.
