We see flash mob proposals all the time -- but they're not usually in our own back yard. This weekend, one guy seized the opportunity during the South Street Spring Festival to propose to his girlfriend.

Dancers from the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts surprised the big crowds and the woman by erupting in a choreographed dance routine that pulled what looked to be an innocent bystander up to dance with them.

Freddie Pantalone couldn’t have chosen a more appropriate song, Bruno Mars' “I Wanna Marry You,” to propose to his fiancé Erika Tartaglini. Of course she said yes.

The South Street Spring Festival attracted 40,000 people this year. The event is held annually on the first Saturday in May.
