If you are happy and you know it, and you like posting pictures on social media, take the #100happydays challenge.

The goal is to appreciate the the moment you are living. Every day, take a picture of something that makes you happy. Then post it on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #100happydays for 100 days in a row. It can be a picture of anything from riding your bike to spending time with friends.

Dr. Jeff Gardere, a clinical psychologist, says finding something to be happy about for 100 days is absolutely possible.

The challenge is meant to benefit you and no one else. So don't post pics that might make someone else jealous. And just keep in mind that it is not a contest.

Unfortunately, the 100 Happy Days site says 71 percent of people failed the challenge because they didn't have enough time. But that doesn't necessarily mean people don't have time for happiness.

People who successfully completed the challenge reported being in better moods, having a more positive outlook, and even finding love.
