It is the second annual Choose 901 Job Fair organized by City Leadership, an organization set up to bring and keep a specific group of people in Memphis.

"Choose 901 is a national campaign that we use to recruit and retain high potential 20- and 30-somethings for the city of Memphis," said John Carroll, City Leadership Executive Director.

More than 200 have said they will attend the Choose 91 Job Fair.

"There are a lot of job fairs where teaching is a component of it," Carroll said. "This is just for educators.  I think, 2, it's the right time of year and it's when people are needing to hire and people are looking for jobs. And 3, it's downtown casual. It's more Memphis. It's southern hospitality. People are saying we're going to hang out have a good time but also going to talk and find a job."
