Comedian Susie Essman is over her cabin fever

Posted: Updated:
NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) - Funny woman Susie Essman is happy the winter is over.

"Luckily I was working a lot. I went into a depression. I yelled and screamed at my husband a lot. I just shot a pilot for ABC where I play David Schwimmer's mother. It's shot here in New York. It's a comedy. How they decide what they pick up I have no idea," said Essman.

The talented comedian and actress and star of Curb Your Enthusiasm which is in syndication also appears in a new movie available on iTunes and Amazon.

"Putzel came out this week. It's great. Putzel means a little putz. It's about a family that owns a deli and all the generations that own it. That I did a couple of years ago," said Essman.

The Bronx born, Mt. Vernon raised Essman is gearing up for lots of stand up gigs in the coming weeks.

"I got to make a living," joked Essman.
