Security is extremely tight at the courthouse right now where Adams is to be arraigned today. Deputies are sweeping the area and a law enforcement chopper is circling the courthouse.

Pink ribbons can be found on trees around the court house.

Adams was arrested Feb. 28 by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation after they searched his property when new leads surfaced in the Bobo case. He was then charged with separate assault charges.

What can we expect Tuesday afternoon when Adams makes that first court appearance?

"It is a tense atmosphere right now, with all the neighbors I've talked to and even family members and close friends of Holly's," said FOX5 WAGA reporter Will Nunley, a former Jackson reporter who was one of the very first to cover Bobo's disappearance nearly three years ago.

"They are waiting for any new word, any new evidence, any new detail. They're hoping something is going to emerge tomorrow when he faces a judge."

Bobo was last seen in April of 2011. Her brother said he saw her being dragged into some woods by a man in camouflage.
