Police seek missing Edward Penn, 55

Detroit police are seeking the public's help locating Edward Penn, who has been missing since Feb. 12, 2014.

His aunt last saw him that morning at his home on Lumpkin Street. He was seen walking out of his home wearing a gray hat, blue sweatshirt, pleaded jacket, brown pants and brown house shoes.

Police say the man has dementia.

He is 55 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has salt-and-pepper hair, a beard and mustache, brown eyes and a medium-brown complexion.
