The fourth suspect arrested in Jan. 18's jewelry heist at Wolfchase Galleria, accused of robbery, theft and vandalism, says he didn't do it and police are reviewing the case.

An exclusive interview with the family of Maurice Williams, one of the accused Wolfchase Galleria robbers, said he was coming home to clear his name.

Williams is one of the five men indicted in the smash and grab robbery at Reeds Jewelers.

His family told FOX13 News he wasn't a part of the heist. Williams lives in California and his family says he's trying to make it in the music business. He bought his own airplane ticket to fly home to Memphis after Memphis Police investigators announced he was a wanted man last week.

Williams was visiting Memphis when the robbery happened at Wolfchase. He met some of the men from Houston accused in the robbery and he may have let them use his identification. But his family said Williams did not participate in the robbery.

Williams' brother who is also named Maurice but a different last name, said the police questioned him. Police detectives visited the family home in Raleigh several times. But now investigators are taking a closer look at whether he was actually involved in the heist.

"He came to town to clear his name to let them know he didn't do nothing, to let them know he's innocent," said Maurice Wiggins. "But they locked him up and indicted him and gave him a $1 million bond, treat him like he's a real criminal convict. He ain't even did nothing."

Williams first court date has not been set as of Monday. He's spending his second night in Shelby County jail.

Three of the other men accused in the robbery are still in a Houston, Texas, jail awaiting extradition back to Memphis to face charges. Another man is still on the run.
