Would you pay 4% of your future income for 20 years in exchange for a free college tuition?  That's the basics of a plan called the SMART Act (nicknamed Pay It Forward) being considered by Lansing Lawmakers.  Is it a great bargain for those who want a quality education?  Or is a deal that's too good to be true?  Here to debate it is State Rep. Dave Knezek (D-Dearborn Heights), the bill's sponsor, and Audrey Spalding, Education Director for the Mackinac Center for Public Policy.  They also go head to head on the state's effort to expand the Education Achievement Authority.

Then, meet a group of women who take their ministry to area strip clubs.  They give the dancers gifts and let them know there's someone out there who will listen to them.  Laura Urenda and Heather Stiegel, a former dancer herself, join us explain what their group, My Sister Song, is hoping to accomplish.  Also with us is Tara Mitchell, who currently works as a dancer.  She doesn't want to be defined solely by what she does for a living, and believes her industry is under attack.
