DETROIT (AP) - Three adults will stand trial on involuntary manslaughter and other charges in the accidental shooting death of a 4-year-old boy. The boy was shot by his 4-year-old cousin.

A Detroit judge ordered the trial following Friday's preliminary examination for 53-year-old Patricia Johnson, 56-year-old Harvey Witcher and 66-year-old Robert Richardson.

Circuit court arraignments are scheduled for Feb. 21.

Authorities say the three adults were in the home Jan. 16 when the girl found and picked up a loaded gun and shot her cousin, Jamel Witcher Jr.

The children were playing together before the incident.
