CASA GRANDE, Ariz. (AP) - The Pinal County Superior Court arraignment of an Iraqi man accused in a fatal 2012 shooting and a bombing outside a Social Security Administration office has been postponed.

The Casa Grande Dispatch reports that Abdullatif Ali Aldosary was scheduled to enter pleas Jan. 24 to several charges.

Deputy Pinal County Attorney David Powell on Monday filed a motion to delay the proceeding because federal authorities won't release Aldosary until after Feb. 24.

That is Aldosary's federal sentencing date for the Nov. 30, 2012 bombing in Casa Grande.

A federal jury convicted him in September of charges of being a felon in possession of guns and ammunition.

Aldosary was charged in July in Pinal County with murder and other offenses in the Nov. 27, 2012 shooting death of Orlando Requena.
