WWE star John Cena's workout challenge

MYFOXNY.COM - Give him 10 weeks, and he'll change your body. That's the message from professional wrestler and actor John Cena.

The incredibly fit Massachusetts native has been working out and keeping in shape ever since his days as a standout college football star.

Cena has created a workout and nutrition plan based on the most important tool to athletic success: a great coach.

"I am your coach. You get 24/7 support. You are never left alone. Anyone can do it. My dad lost 50 lbs. at 69 years old. You can go to Facebook and you can interact with people doing the program. A lot of programs will sell you a pill but that won’t work," said Cena.

The 10 week body change is based on 30 percent working out; 70 percent diet and 100 percent motivation.

    More than 300 people are expected to hop aboard their unicycles to ride across New York City for the 2014 Unicycle Festival. The three-day long festival begins Friday with a 13-mile ride across Brooklyn. The main event takes place on Governors Island from 12 pm-5 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
