TUPELO, Miss. (FOX13) -

James Everett Dutschke, the Tupelo man charged with sending poisoned letters to President Obama, will return to court this month in a separate case.

Hearings have been set for January 21 on two of the sexual fondling charges against James Everett Dutschke.

The hearings will determine if forensic interviewers can testify as to what minors told them regarding the alleged fondling's.

Dutschke is currently in federal custody on charges of sending ricin-laden letters to President Obama and two others; as well as attempting to frame another man for the crimes.
