NORTHEAST MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

After more than 35 hours straight of investigating there is still no sign of seven-week-old Aniston Walker.

Memphis Police have charged and are considering 33-year-old Andrea Walker a suspect in the disappearance of Baby Aniston.

The exact circumstances surrounding Baby Aniston's disappearance are still a mystery.

Walker, who was taken in custody at 4 a.m. early Friday, is charged with two counts of aggravated child abuse and two counts of aggravated child neglect or endangerment.

Walker's newborn daughter Aniston was first reported missing Thursday afternoon, and a city watch was issued for the newborn. She was last seen at the family's Northeast Memphis home on Falling Bark Drive.

Earlier Friday evening, before wrapping up their search for the night, police did tow away one of the cars from Walker's home.

All Friday morning and afternoon investigators searched through piles of construction debris in front of homes, down storm drains, and manhole covers. Police also used heavy construction equipment in the search for Baby Aniston. They also searched a landfill in Millington, leaving nothing unturned.

Director Toney said at a Friday morning news conference when a seven-week-old disappears "common sense" even tells them that there are suspicious circumstances surrounding the disappearance.

"Realistically, seven-week-old kids don't mysteriously disappear without some circumstances behind it," Director Armstrong said.

Sabrina Woods, whose daughter knew the suspect, said this surprises her because she heard Walker was thrilled about her pregnancy.

"My daughter just said she worked at IRS with Andrea and she was real happy about the pregnancy and everything," Woods told FOX13 News. "She seemed to be real happy about the pregnancy ... It's surprises me. I've been praying for the child for everything to come to a resolution. I'm really heartbroken about it."

Police say Walker took her five-year-old child to school Thursday morning and left her three-year-old with the infant. When Walker returned home that's when she noticed the child missing. According to the affidavit Walker called the infant's father,  who then reported Baby Aniston missing.

Director Armstrong said Walker is not being cooperative and continues to give them conflicting stories. He said his investigators don't know specifics about when exactly when Baby Aniston disappeared.

"We have interviewed Mrs. Walker, and she has not at this point been as forthcoming as we wished she would," Director Armstrong said.

Police say Walker and her three children lived alone inside the Falling Bark Drive home near Bartlett.

Police are establishing a timeline and are asking anyone who saw Andrea Walker to please call them at 901-545-2677.
