UPDATE: Memphis police have arrested the mother of the seven-week-old missing baby girl.  No charges have been filed at this hour.

UPDATE: Memphis police continue to search for missing seven-week-old infant girl Aniston Walker; no suspects were in custody as of Thursday night but investigators said they continue to question several family members including the mother.

Early Thursday afternoon, MPD issued a City Watch Alert for the girl, who was last seen at her home in the 5600 block of Falling Bark Drive in Northeast Memphis.

MPD said the infant's mother told investigators she left the home Thursday morning to take another child to school, and noticed the seven-week-old girl was missing after she returned home.

Memphis police investigators said they have heard conflicting stories about who the infant was left with.

Scent tracking dogs and police officers searched around the family's house, surrounding abandoned houses and even garbage bins for clues throughout the day.

Police went door-to-door asking neighbors if they know anything about the infant and the family.

Just after 6 p.m. police took a woman away in a patrol car; MPD did not say who this woman is or if she was or was not a suspect. About a half hour later a baby carrier was loaded into a police crime scene investigation van.

Memphis police do not have any suspects or updates at this time.

FOX13 News reporter Sarah Bleau contributed to this report.
