MEMPHIS, Tenn. -

University of Memphis football coach Justin Fuente announced Friday the Tigers have signed two additional student-athletes to either National Letters of Intent or financial aid agreements and now expect a total of four signees to enroll for the 2014 spring semester.

Signing with Memphis were junior college offensive lineman Tyler Uselton, who played on Butler Community College's nationally-ranked team this past year, and high school linebacker Tyrone Posey who will graduate early from Gadsden City, Ala., High School.

Earlier in the week Memphis announced the signing of two student-athletes - junior college tight end Tyler Kolodny out of Pierce College in suburban Los Angeles, and linebacker Noah Robinson who attended the Atlanta Sports Academy in 2013 after graduating from Doherty Memorial High School in Worcester, Mass.

Uselton (6-3, 330) was an All-Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference First-Team selection at offensive guard. He started for a Butler team which posted a 9-2 record and played in the GraphicEdge Bowl.

Uselton, a native of Great Bend, Kan., blocked for a Butler offense which averaged 384 yards per game. The Grizzlies averaged 211 yards passing and 173 yards rushing. He was also a two-time, First-Team All-Western Athletic Conference selection and a First-Team Class 5A All-State selection at Great Bend High School.

Posey (6-1, 226) was named to the Alabama roster and played in the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star game following the 2013 season. As a senior, Posey registered 60 tackles and had an interception. He returned an interception 45 yards for one of three first-quarter scores as Gadsden City defeated Grissom 42-8.

Posey posted a 105-tackle season as a junior for the Titans.

The period to sign midyear junior college transfers to a National Letter of Intent runs through Jan. 15, 2014. The regular NLI signing period begins Feb. 5, 2014.
