Another former Gwinnett County inmate joins lawsuit over restraint chairs

Another former Gwinnett County inmate has joined a federal lawsuit claiming jailers subjected him to "sadistic pain."

The FOX 5 I-Team first reported on how jailers used special restraint chairs to keep certain prisoners immobilized, despite jailhouse video showing those prisoners calm or non-violent beforehand.
