PD: Victim held hostage after meeting suspect for sex at Phoenix motel

PHOENIX -

She's named after one of the most famous characters to grace the big screen, but an arrest for kidnapping and robbery probably isn't the kind of fame this Scarlett O'Hara Jamison was after.

Police say she lured a man to a Motel 6 near 24th Street and Van Buren, promising sex for money -- but when he arrived, her co-defendants moved in.

According to court paperwork, Ifiok Akpan and Belinda Alldredge stormed into the room, held the victim hostage and demanded he turn over his money, debit card and pin number.

At some point, Alldredge was supposed to drive the victim to the bank so he could withdraw cash, but he spotted a police cruiser near 16th Street and Van Buren -- then jumped out of the car and ran to the officer for help.

The victim led police to the motel room where Akpan and Jamison where arrested.  All three are now behind bars.
