Blueberry Flax Smoothie
1 (16 oz.) package frozen Meijer blueberries
2 cups low-fat milk (1/2% or fat free) or soymilk
1 ripe banana
2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 cup Greek style yogurt (plain or vanilla flavored)
1 Tbsp. honey or other sweetener
1/4 tsp. McCormick ground cinnamon (optional)
Add blueberries and milk to blender and blend 30-60 seconds. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Add additional milk (or water) for thinner smoothies or add a few ice cubes for a thicker smoothie.
