CHICAGO (Sun-Times Media Wire) -

Police are asking for the public's help finding a west suburban man who went missing more than two weeks ago after being released from the hospital.

Jeffrey Talley, 50, was last seen around 6 p.m. Nov. 10 at Remington Boulevard and Veterans Parkway in Bolingbrook, just after he was released from Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital, according to a statement from Geneva police.

Talley did not return to his home in Geneva and has not been heard from since, police said.

Police describe Talley as a 5-foot, 150-pound white man with a thin build, brown hair, blue eyes and brown stud earring in his left ear. He was last seen wearing a tan or blue sweatshirt, blue jeans and carrying a red backpack.

Anyone with information should call Geneva police at (630) 232-4736.
