MUNFORD, Tenn. (FOX13) -

Beth Ann Cotton-Brown of Munford was indicted for impersonating a nurse, accused of forging a nursing degree and license.

She is also accused of forging a letter from a Millington judge that cleared her of driving charges.

Investigators say Cotton-Brown worked as a physicians assistant at three different places in Millington and Memphis. She now faces felony identity theft, forgery, and impersonation charges.
