PHOENIX -

These incredible works of art really get you into the Halloween spirit -- and they're all done by a valley artist.

These works of art have caught the eye of Disney, and they have invited Daniel Davis and all of his monster creations for a special showing.

Creating interesting and whimsical monsters is a talent that valley artist Daniel Davis embraces with a passion.

"Steam Crow, our name, means a steam-powered scarecrow. We love monsters like I said, Count Chocula. I love Count Chocula," says Daniel Davis, Steam Crow Art.

Now a big honor for Steam Crow Art, a company that consists of Daniel, his wife and son.

Disneyland has invited them to display Davis's art in their WonderGround Gallery in California. Only a few people get to do this every year.

"I think they're seeing a time for independent creators to have other styles, opening themselves up to that, inviting us in to that world, taking inspiration from it."

Davis has created hundreds of posters. He will be at the WonderGround Gallery two days in November.

"I'll do monster sketches for people and we'll show them our stuff and our work gets to be there for the whole month of November."

Yes it's for sale -- $25 dollars for smaller prints.

Halloween is a dominant theme in Davis's art. While poster art design is his preference, he paints some interesting figures. Who doesn't love a bass playing mummy?

Davis is very handy come Halloween. He quickly made this spooky cat head for a costume for his son. But monsters, his monsters, are what he is most comfortable with.

"I love monsters. Monsters are like people too but they're weird and different, like people are weird and different."
