PHOENIX -

A Phoenix grocery store has reopened after three fires broke out on Monday night. Fire officials have since arrested a juvenile male for arson.

The suspect was identified through tips from the public who viewed surveillance photos released by the Phoenix Fire Department.

About 8 p.m. Monday, crews arrived at a Fry's store at 32nd Street and Thomas. Firefighters said smoke could be seen through the store's front doors and when they went inside, three different fires were burning inside the store.

A security guard spotted one of the fires and called 911. When crews arrived, they found two more fires burning in the store's aisles.

"Initially reported a pack of toilet paper on fire... the second crew that came in from a different point, noticed that they had pretty much -- it appeared to be -- almost a half an aisle on fire," said Phoenix Fire Capt. Ruben Saavedra.

No one was injured during the fire. The store is badly damaged, not only from the fire, but from water.

Firefighters say the sprinkler system inside the store kept the flames from spreading.

The Fry's store was closed for a couple hours on Tuesday while investigators worked and employees cleaned up. There are blowing fans in place to help with residual smoke.

At this time, it's unknown just how much damage to the store was caused.

The products that weren't able to be put back on the shelves due to damage were donated to St. Vincent de Paul.
