COBB COUNTY, Ga. -

Police searching for a stolen iPad say they found an illegal marijuana grow operation in Cobb County.

Authorities say they used a tracking app to locate the stolen tablet at the Powder Springs home of 32-year-old Jamal White.

Inside the house, police say they found the iPad, 14 marijuana plants and 27 stolen electronic items.

White is charged with theft by receiving stolen property, manufacturing marijuana and intent to distribute marijuana.

Police will try to determine if the goods are part of a larger string of thefts.
