Report: Brother Of Autumn's Convicted Killer Released

Posted: Updated:

One of the New Jersey teens charged in the death of Autumn Pasquale is reportedly back at home.

NJ.com is reporting that 17-year-old Dante Robinson was released from a youth correctional facility Tuesday.

Earlier this month, Dante's younger brother, Justin, was sentenced to 17 years behind bars for killing Autumn.

Justin confessed to luring the 12-year-old to his home last year and strangling her.

He took sole responsibility for her murder.

"Dante Robinson was released from custody today. He admitted no crime," Chris Hoffner, the teen's attorney, told NJ.com on Tuesday on behalf of the family. "This confirms what we always knew. Dante did not hurt the decedent and was not involved in her death or the moving of her body. People may not want to believe it, but the truth prevailed today, and Dante is home."
