MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FOX13) -

A settlement has been reached in one of the lawsuits filed by the family of Lorenzen Wright.
FOX13 News has learned that the suit was settled out of court on Monday but attorneys for one of the parties involved would not release details.

Deborah Marion, Wright's mother, had filed this suit against the city of Germantown, which never followed up on the 9-1-1 call made from the former NBA star's cellphone in July 2010.

Ten days after that call was made, Wright's body was discovered in a wooded area near Hacks Cross Road in southeast Memphis.

No arrests have ever made in the case. Cable channel TVOne profiled Monday for the first time his murder mystery.
