A $2,000 reward is being offered by the Memphis FBI Field Office for information that leads to the arrest of wanted fugitives Miguel Fernandez, 39, and Otis Booth, 45.
Federal arrest warrants were issued by the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee on Sept. 5, after both were charged federally with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.
It is believed that both Fernandez and Booth are in the Memphis area.
Fernandez, who also goes by the aliases Enrique Rodriguez and Kike, is 5-foor-6 and weighs 170 pounds. The fugitive is known to drive a White Cadillac Escalade with chrome custom wheels and a Mississippi license plate number of TPC313.
Booth is 5-foot-9 and weighs 175 pounds. The fugitive has been known to drive a 2009 Grey Ford Mustang with a Tennessee license plate number of 773YLV.

The FBI Safe Streets Task Force, Bartlett Police Department, DeSoto County Sheriff's Office, Germantown Police Department, Memphis Police Department, and Shelby County Sheriff's Office are investigating this matter.
