Poll: Georgians wary of military intervention in Syria

ATLANTA -

A new InsiderAdvantage/FOX 5 poll finds many Georgians are wary of military intervention in Syria.

Of nearly 800 registered voters surveyed, 43 percent said they support future military action, 40 percent said they were against it and 18 percent said they are undecided.

Most Georgians said they disagreed with President Barack Obama's effort to persuade other nations and Congress to support and authorize military action in Syria.

Fifty-one percent said they disagreed with the President, 39 percent said they agreed, while 10 percent said they were undecided.
