In Tennessee Senator Bob Corker
supports "surgical" strikes, but is opposed to having troops
involved. Senator Lamar Alexander says he will vote "no" because he
says there is too much uncertainty about what comes next.
In Mississippi Senator Roger Wicker
says he will vote no. Senator Thad Cochran is also leaning against military
action but says he is still considering the President's arguments for it.
Finally, in Arkansas both Senator John Boozman and Senator
Mark Pryor say they will vote no.
