Apple lovers rejoice! It might get a little cheaper to upgrade your phone soon.
The tech giant could soon start allowing customers to trade in their old iPhones to get a newer one at a lower price.
Apple is reportedly planning to launch the new program sometime in September, according to 9to5mac.com.
iPhone owners will be able to walk into an Apple store with their old phones, answer questions about the condition of the device and get a sum of money for it. They can then turn around and use that money toward a new phone.
According to TechCrunch.com, the program has already been launched in some pilot stores and "have been processing ‘multiple' trade-ins a day."
