Ten of the finalists in the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest visited Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.
The faces of kids and teens alike lit up as the tribute artists sang songs and presented teddy bears to cheer up patients who are too sick to leave the hospital. The children also got to enjoy banana sandwiches and ice cream.

"It's a very very touching thing," said Chad Collins. "I mean, I'm tearing up right now thinking about it. To be able to touch someone's life in any way and bring any kind of happiness to them, it may be in a dark time in their life or a struggling time in their life, is a real joy in itself. No money can buy the feeling I'm feeling I feel right now after doing this today."

This was the first time Elvis tribute artists visited Le Bonheur Children's. Let's hope it's not the last. The artists were in town for the annual Elvis Week in Memphis. Friday is the 36th anniversary of Elvis Presley's passing.
