Residents In 2nd NJ Town React To Saggy Pants Ban Proposal

Posted: Updated:
PENNS GROVE, N.J. -

A second Jersey Shore town is taking aim at saggy pants, considering a regulation on how low is too low when it comes to your pants on the boardwalk.

Penns Grove, Salem County, has proposed an ordinance to make sure shorts, skirts and pants stay pulled up.

But some think this is just a copycat of another New Jersey city.

FOX 29's Leigh Scheps has more on how local leaders are trying to move forward with the ban.
