Cpl. Lonnie Rogers was arrested for bringing forty cell phones and chargers along with twenty-two ounces of marijuana and tobacco into the prison, according to Dorinda Carter Communications Director for the Tennessee Department of Corrections.
This is all part of an ongoing mission to operate safe and secure prisons says Carter.
