Tipton County sheriff's officials are asking the public for help as they investigate an intentionally set fire at a substation.
The sheriff's office said Tuesday that it is looking for suspects in the fire at the substation on Tipton County Island, located across the Mississippi River in Arkansas. The July 23 fire was ruled arson due to the use of accelerants inside and around the building.
The substation was a donation from two families in June 2008. It was destroyed in the 2011 Mississippi River floods and was rebuilt.
The sheriff's office is asking residents of the island and in Mississippi County, Ark., for any information related to the fire. A cash reward will be offered if a tip results in an arrest.
