How bad is it out there on our roads? Wait until you hear what people around the country are saying tonight about Philadelphia drivers.
Slate.com is out with a new report that, after tweaking studies like insurance carrier AllState's to account for mileage, fatalities and other factors, creates a new list of cities with the worst drivers.
And, you guessed it, Philly didn't fare so well.
After the modifications, Miami, tops the list as the worst driving city, but we're right behind them at No. 2.
As Slate puts it, "Drivers in the City of Brotherly Love enjoy a good love tap behind the wheel. Second-places finishes in collisions and pedestrian strikes overwhelm their semi-respectable 16th-place ranking in DWI deaths."
Not too far away was Baltimore in fifth place.

Rain arrives for the second half of the work week. Another fall-like blast of cool weather to follow for the weekend.
Scattered showers are possible tonight as a cold front approaches the area. Otherwise, the best chance for rain will be Thursday afternoon and night where we'll see on and off showers and thunderstorms.
Clouds and showers linger though much of Friday. We may still see a passing shower Saturday. Unseasonably cool air returns this weekend where both days only see high temps in the mid 70s with many of us falling into the 50s at night.
