Tenn. leads the way in distracted driver fatalities

Another dubious honor for Tennessee.

The Volunteer State has the most distracted drivers in the nation.

The National Safety Council Claims that more than 10 percent of all fatal crashes in Tennessee involved the use of a cell phone. That figure is ten times the national average.

Tennessee and Arkansas both have laws banning texting while driving.
