So what do people do with Army surplus vehicles? You name it. Some are turned into fire trucks others are working in the timber business. Anywhere where heavy duty trucks are needed that is where you will find heavy duty trucks that were once owned by the United States military.
A 1943 Ford Jeep all-purpose vehicle used back in World War II cost about $1,500 to $2,000. Today if you bought it, it would cost from $10,000 to $15,000.
