Saggy pants have been banned on the boardwalk in Wildwood.
The shore town passed the law in June and it was a unanimous decision.
It bans overly saggy pants, as well as bikini bottoms and dresses that are more than three inches below the waistline.
The ordinance also prohibits guys going shirtless after 8 p.m., and women have to cover up their bathing suits.
Violators will be subject to fines.
The new law took affect Friday.
Six former Philadelphia police narcotics officers are in federal custody Wednesday morning on corruption charges, high-ranking police sources tell FOX 29 News.
