After 60 years of sitting empty, the James Lee House is making a big comeback.
The home's owners and city leaders held a groundbreaking Monday on the home in Victorian Village.
The new owners are planning to turn the 8,100-square-foot home in to a luxury bed and breakfast.
Jose Velazquez and his wife bought the home earlier this year from this city for just $1, but part of the deal was that the couple give the home a full makeover.
The James Lee House Bed and Breakfast is expected to be open for business by December.
