YARNELL, Ariz. -

A wildfire swept through the small town of Yarnell, burning down homes and buildings on Sunday.

Flames from the Yarnell Hill Fire covered the area and now most of the town appears to be gone.

Evacuation notices came down for the folks in the path of the Yarnell Hill Fire.

One woman, who is now staying in a shelter, only had minutes to pack up herself and her four grand children while her daughter and son-in-law headed out to fight the fire.

Hundreds of people were evacuated from their homes because of the deadly wildfire and many of them spent the night in Red Cross shelters.
