Tate Harris of Hernando says, "Down the line I do I mean its their county and they are welcome to set their own rules if they feel comfortable with their own police force and their Sheriffs department that they can handle the situation then by all means I applaud that. If Hinds County's problem is the fact that they are worried that they will have too many problems they need to step back and look at their police and judicial systems maybe adapt from there instead of trying to over rule and cause problems somewhere else down the road."
You can openly carry in DeSoto and Tate County. Tunica County is treating the injunction as if it is Statewide so you can not carry in Tunica County for now. No word yet from Marshall County.
If you are not sure of how the law is being interpreted in your county, call the Sheriff.
