DETROIT (WJBK) -

He told FOX 2's Charlie LeDuff there was "no shame" in his game, but a new report examining the behavior of Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Wade McCree does not agree.

The Master's Report, written by retired Jackson County Circuit Judge Charles Nelson, reviewed the alleged misconduct of the McCree and found "there is Shame in the McCree game: shame to the good name of McCree and shame brought upon the judiciary of the State of Michigan."

Nelson oversaw McCree's misconduct hearing last month.

McCree is accused of having an affair with a woman who had a case being decided before him. He could face censure, suspension or removal from the bench.

The Master's Report is being sent back to the Judicial Tenure Commission which could make its final decision in August.
