Grizzlies set 2013 NBA Summer League schedule

The Memphis Grizzlies will open their NBA Summer League 2013 schedule on Saturday, July 13 against the Chicago Bulls, the NBA announced Wednesday.  
 
Featuring 22 teams competing in a 61-game schedule, the NBA Summer League 2013 in Las Vegas will debut a tournament-style schedule that will crown the first-ever NBA Summer League Champion on Monday, July 22.  Teams will play three preliminary games - and at least five games total - with all games taking place at the Thomas & Mack Center and COX Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
 
Memphis' preliminary round slate also includes tilts with the Cleveland Cavaliers on Sunday, July 14 and Tuesday, July 16 against the Phoenix Suns.
 
NBA TV will televise a full slate of NBA Summer League games and live game action also will extend across digital platforms.  A complete broadcast schedule will be released at a later date.
 
Tickets for the NBA Summer League 2013 are on sale now.  Fans will be able to purchase tickets by calling (702) 739-FANS, through UNLVtickets.com or by visiting any UNLV ticket outlet.
