Employees post bad behavior on Instagram, some bosses catching on

We're warned time and time again to be aware of what we post on Facebook and Twitter because people are continually getting fired for what they write.

Some people clearly haven't been listening.

Unhappy employees have found a new site where they can post their way out of a job: Instagram.

The hashtags they use are getting them into trouble.

A lot of companies have rules about what pictures you can take at work and if you can post them online.

Workers can get caught if they use things like: "#HateMyBoss", "#CalledInSick" or "#WorkSucks."

For example, one woman posted a picture laying by the pool with #CalledInSick.

One said "#CalledInSick #blocked my manager #hope my co-workers don't rat me out." It showed someone with their feet on a table, a  bottle of Heineken and a lot of empty glasses.

Another said "#CalledInSick #FourDay Weekend." It looks like someone ditched work and went to the mountains.

At #HateMyBoss and #WorkSucks, two workers used Instagram to tell the world that they quit their jobs at a hair salon.

At #WorkSucks, one worker made it clear he has a lot of time on his hands.

The picture showed his feet on his desk and his computer screen reading "I'm bored!"

In another case, two workers got fired.

They didn't like the 10 percent tip they got, so they posted a picture of the tip and wrote "#cheap #Jew !!"

Those bosses figured out what was going on, but it's unknown just how many bosses have caught on to the trend.
