NASCAR Driver Jason Leffler Dies In NJ Dirt Car Race

LOGAN TWP., N.J. -

New Jersey State Police confirmed Wednesday night that race car driver Jason Leffler has died after a crash at Bridgeport Speedway in Logan Township.

SkyFOX was live over the scene where the Nationwide Series race was taking place.

Police say the 37-year-old from Huntersville, N.C., was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

State police stated on their Twitter account late Wednesday night that the accident is under investigation.
