Police officers in Walls, Mississippi will be back out today looking for a missing Memphis man.
55 year old James Irby Junior disappeared after a traffic stop on May 4th.
Irby's mother claims Walls police officers told her they found marijuana in her son's car and when they confronted him he ran away.
But Irby's mother says that's not possible, because he has gout and prostate cancer, which she says means he can't run.
Earlier this week, the FBI joined the case.
And a rep for the Mississippi branch of the NAACP says they are helping the family.
Fox 13 will have a crew down there during the search and will bring you a full report tonight on FOX 13 News at 5.
