Feldman: Pulte move is a case of 'jilted lover's' syndrome

(WJBK) -

And so it's a case of jilted lover's syndrome.

You live with them for years and then behind your back they're seeing someone else and now they decided to move on.

They don't even tell you, instead you find out from a third party.

It's my view that corporate boards should be able to do business where ever they think the company has the best chance of making money.  They have to do that for their shareholders, that's their job.

But this year, they had 365 days to do this . They chose the two-days this year that Governor  Rick Snyder and his administration are on Mackinac Island.  They told the biggest business and political leaders in Michigan why this is a good place to do business. "Michigan is on the grow." How embarrassing.

It's my view that timing is everything.  Pulte, the company, not the family, picked the wrong time and when so many people were in the wrong place.

They won't be moving out until 2014, but between now and then, I bet  the Christmas card list gets a bit thinner.

That's my view. We'd like to hear from you.  Add your comments below.

The internet is like an elephant -- it never forgets. While spoken words leave little trace and are quickly forgotten, written words endure in the online environment. Whatever you post, tweet, update, share -- even if it's deleted immediately afterwards -- has the potential to be captured by someone, somewhere, without your knowledge.
