A Memphis man is charged with the murder of a Frayser teen during a graduation party.
This morning Antwion Dowdy is in custody charged with the first degree murder of 15 year old Sharquette Smith.
Police say early Sunday morning dowdy was one of two men who walked up to a car outside a home on Sharon and started firing shots.
Smith was hit, and friends drove him to Methodist North where he died.
Police say Smith was a member of the Crips gang, and other rival gang members were at the party when the trouble broke out.
